Animated Assembly
Steps
1. Assemble the XY Idler
- Place 3 M5 Roll-In Nut in the frame as shown
- Combine the 2 M5x10x1 Washers and 2 F695 Bearings to create a “smooth idler pulley”
- Use the XY Idler Tool to push the idler pulley into position and push the Shoulder Screw through the XY Idler Block printed part and the idler pulley
- Secure the assembly to the frame using the M5x10 BHCS, M5x40 BHCS, and Shoulder Screw. Don’t overtighten the shoulder screw
