Animated Assembly
Assembly Notes
- 7:44 The M5 BCHS should bottom out before clamping the bearing. Glue can be used to secure the screw in the plastic. The wheel should spin freely.
- 8:01 This is to show that the end of the extrusion should butt up against the inside face of the pocket in the Wheel Wing.
- 8:58 These M3x25 SHCS should bottom out in the extrusions and create two posts. They help keep the Bed Wheels from twisting in Rz. Use threadlocker on the ends of them and screw them tight against the extrusions.
- 9:04 A bit of rubbing is OK, the whole Bed Wheel assembly needs to be able to pivot under (essentially) the weight of the bed.
- 9:16 Optional, but recommended.
